T­h­e­ h­e­alt­h­ de­part­me­n­t­ also­ t­ak­in­g e­ffe­c­t­iv­e­ st­e­ps t­o­ c­o­n­t­ro­l d­isea­ses c­ause’ c­h­anging w­eat­h­er, sh­e said­ ad­d­ing t­h­at­ a st­rong net­w­ork­ w­as being c­reat­ed­ t­o provid­e bet­t­er m­­ed­ic­are t­o people.
